Job summary

KULASWAMINEE ENGINEERRS in Pune, India is seeking an Electrical/MEP/HVAC Project Engineer to lead project execution from planning to completion. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement and construction teams, monitor schedules, manage resources, and ensure on-site safety and quality.

The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Electrical/MEP/HVAC projects, with a BE in Mechanical or Electrical engineering. Certifications in HVAC or project management are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years hands-on experience in Electrical/MEP/HVAC project execution and management.
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Certifications in HVAC or project management are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise end-to-end Electrical/ MEP/ HVAC project execution on-site
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Ensure quality control, compliance with technical standards, and safety protocols
• Attend client meetings, handle communication, and manage expectations
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical/ MEP/ HVAC systems
• Handle project documentation, billing, and follow-up for payment collections
• Provide technical support and resolve any on-site issues
• Ensure project completion within timeline and budget
