Job summary

lk Engineers is seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer cum Manager for a key project in Karnal, Haryana. • Minimum 5 years of MEP project experience.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, or complex building projects.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients and consultants.
• Ability to manage site activities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day MEP site execution activities.
• Understand, interpret, and coordinate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP drawings as applicable to the project scope.
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, architects, and other contractors.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Identify design discrepancies and coordinate for technical clarifications and drawing approvals.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements, manpower plans, and site execution schedules.
• Monitor manpower productivity, material utilization, and work progress.
• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning coordination, and quality checks.
• Resolve technical and site execution issues promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities while maintaining safety and workmanship standards.
