Job summary

HPM is seeking an MEP Field Coordinator to monitor the construction of projects, ensuring completion within approved budgets and schedules while complying with regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements. You will coordinate clear communication among owners, field personnel, design teams, maintenance and outside contractors, and travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of on-site management experience in new construction and large renovation projects.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management; ProCore; scheduling with Suretrak/P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Study and understand drawings and specs; develop work schedule for installation; field oversight to multiple contractors; QA of work and testing.
• Participate in Closeout Meeting between Architect/Engineer and Contractor.
• Develops and manages contract documents including plans, submittals, change orders, as-builts.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain business plans and milestones.
