Job summary

Performance Services is looking for an MEP Estimator based in Colorado. The MEP Estimator will calculate project MEP costs, working closely with suppliers and managing subcontractor relationships.

Applicants should have at least five years of related experience, proficiency in electronic estimating software, and strong communication skills. Office functions will primarily take place in the Indianapolis office, but candidates from Colorado are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection/Electrical/Technology/LV System estimating experience.
• Experience in using electronic takeoff and estimating software.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide constructability analyses and value engineering.
• Develop relationships with local material suppliers and equipment vendors.
• Maintain current subcontractor and material costs in estimating software.
