Job summary

Performance Services is hiring an MEP Estimator based in Indiana to accurately calculate project MEP costs from conceptual design through construction documents. Responsible for constructability analysis and developing supplier relationships, the ideal candidate possesses at least five years of MEP estimating experience and proficiency with estimating software.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to read and interpret contract documents and project specifications. Working conditions are primarily at the Indianapolis office.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of MEP estimating experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with electronic takeoff and estimating software.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide constructability analyses and value engineering.
• Develop relationships with suppliers for current pricing.
• Maintain current subcontractor and material costs in estimating software.
