Lvi-Associates is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to join our Northern Virginia team, focusing on hyperscale, colocation, and mission critical data center projects in North America.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed MEP estimates, analyzing drawings, and managing subcontractor pricing, with collaboration across preconstruction and operations to drive cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience estimating data center, mission critical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with take-off and estimating software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

• Participate in bid reviews, scope analysis, and client presentations as required.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors across electrical and mechanical markets.
