Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or MEP Engineering is required.
Note - This is not a software engineer position.
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in a Mechanical Engineering (MEP) position is required. This is a hands‑on position.
Location: Strafford/Springfield, MO area.

Salary: Commensurate with experience: Up to $115K, plus benefits.

We are seeking an MEP Engineer to lead the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for factory-built modular facilities. Our work includes modular data center units with cooling, HVAC, power distribution, controls, and redundant systems. You will work closely with production, fabrication, installation teams, outside engineers, and customers to develop coordinated designs that can be fabricated, installed, serviced, and produced efficiently.
Hands‑on experience is central to this role. The ideal candidate has carried designs through fabrication or construction, worked directly with shop and field teams, and demonstrated the ability to improve designs through practical value engineering.
We are open to candidates whose primary specialty is mechanical or electrical and who can coordinate qualified specialists for the other disciplines. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical involvement in fabrication or construction rather than experience limited to office-based design.
