Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level MEP Engineer in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will design and develop MEP systems for new construction, renovations, and retrofits, ensuring code compliance and coordinating with architects, contractors, and owners.

You have experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred; a engineering degree with EIT/PE credentials is a plus. This on-site role offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Experience in MEP, HVAC, electrical, or building systems engineering.
Background on commercial or institutional construction projects.
Understanding of construction drawings, specifications and building codes.
Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or BIM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop MEP systems for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects.
Prepare drawings, specifications, calculations and technical documentation.
Coordinate designs with architects, contractors, owners and other disciplines.
Review existing building systems and provide upgrade recommendations.
Support projects through design, bidding and construction phases.
Review submittals, RFIs and other construction documents.
Participate in site visits and field observations as needed.
Ensure designs meet building codes and project requirements.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high quality.
