Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Structural Engineer to join our team on commercial projects. Hybrid work arrangement, US-based responsibilities include leading a structural engineering team to produce construction documents using Revit and manage project schedules.

You will work on diverse projects including commercial buildings, entertainment, healthcare, aviation, and high-rise developments, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and coordinate with architects and clients across

Qualifications

6-10+ years of structural engineering design experience.
ABET-accredited BS in Structural or Civil Engineering.
EIT or PE license desired; US practice experience preferred.
Proficiency with Revit and structural analysis software.
Strong written and verbal communication; client interfacing.

Responsibilities

Lead and delegate development of system layouts, calculations, and reports.
Review shop drawings, RFIs, and participate in O/A/C meetings.
Develop structural solutions from concept through construction.
Produce construction documents in Revit.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients in the integrated design process.
Adapt to variations in building codes and practices across the US.
Mentor entry-level staff.
