Job summary

Michael Page seeks a seasoned MEP Director to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing across construction projects. You will guide design, budgeting, and schedules while ensuring code compliance and safe execution. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with owners, design professionals, and trades.

You will lead the MEP team, manage resources, and drive strategic department goals to align with company objectives, delivering integrated and reliable building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of commercial MEP construction, design experience, or project management experience with an MEP focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee MEP department, coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver functional building networks.
• Lead and mentor internal engineering staff, managers, and field personnel.
• Allocate resources and manage project workloads efficiently.
• Develop department goals and align MEP strategies with company objectives.
• Oversee HVAC, power distribution, and plumbing network design and integration.
• Review construction documents and resolve on-site coordination issues.
