Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering required or equivalent.
• FE exam passed and actively pursuing PE licensure.
• 5+ years of progressive experience for mid-level and 10+ years for senior roles; lead design efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design and document MEP mechanical systems including HVAC and plumbing for various facilities.
• Produce Revit models, construction documents, drawings, specs, diagrams, and reports.
• Perform mechanical calculations: loads, energy modeling, ventilation, equipment sizing.
• Apply codes, ASHRAE standards, and industry guidelines to ensure compliant solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and team coordination.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams for integrated outcomes.
• Lead project documentation, QA/QC, and mentor junior staff.
