Job summary

Vogel Bros. Building Co. is seeking a knowledgeable MEP Coordinator to support our project teams in delivering high-quality commercial construction projects.

In this role, you’ll provide technical expertise for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems from preconstruction through commissioning while collaborating with Project Managers, Superintendents, VDC, subcontractors, and owners. In accordance with Vogel Bros.’ beliefs, the MEP Coordinator acts as a resource to project teams for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of commercial construction and/or MEP coordination experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative team player committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support MEP systems throughout all phases of construction.
• Participate in BIM coordination and resolve design conflicts.
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and quality.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, startup, testing, and commissioning.
• Promote jobsite safety and help ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
