Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Summary

This position involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to meet goals within time and budget constraints, either personally or through Superintendents and Project Coordinators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review project proposals, plans, and specifications to determine scope, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Establish work plans, schedules, and staffing; recruit or assign project personnel.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Build a network of business contacts, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure progress and resolve issues.
• Negotiate with owners and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency.
• Manage billing processes in collaboration with Finance.
• Prepare and review project reports and modify plans as needed.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with project staff, clients, and subcontractors.
• Supervise Project Coordinators, including planning, assigning, and performance reviews.
• Maintain relationships with owners and project partners.
• Assist in enforcing safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective time management and customer service skills.
• Adherence to company policies and high ethical standards.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and safety awareness.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of ViewPoint software.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25-75%.

Physical Demands

Must be able to communicate effectively, sit/stand for extended periods, navigate between sites, and lift up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.

Salary Range

$85,000 - $135,000 annually, plus auto allowance and incentives. Salary based on skills, experience, and business needs.
