Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager - Mechanical Construction to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion in the Washington, DC area. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget results.

Responsibilities include coordinating with owners, GCs, engineers, vendors, and field teams; overseeing procurement, submittals, documentation, and financial forecasting; and supporting planning,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams.
• Oversee procurement, submittals, project documentation, and financial forecasting.
• Support project planning, execution, quality control, and closeout.
• Identify risks, resolve challenges, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
