Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical projects, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Oversee procurement, project forecasting, quality, safety, and risk management.
• Drive accountability, resolve challenges, and ensure project profitability.
• Manage client relationships and support business development efforts.
