Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within commercial or industrial construction.
• 5+ years of experience leading project management and operational teams.
• Demonstrated success overseeing multiple large-scale construction projects.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and operational execution.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and meetings.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all construction operations.
• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and planning.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify operational risks, workforce needs, and market opportunities.
• Oversee projects from award through closeout and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Drive KPI-based performance and profitability; manage budgeting and cash flow.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and Operations leaders; develop future leaders.
• Support business development and strengthen client relationships with accountability.
