You will manage across projects, align scheduling and staffing, and partner with leadership on growth initiatives to optimize profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience and team development.
• 10+ years in electrical construction projects execution and operations.
• Experience leading multiple projects, divisions or operational teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical construction operations across the company.
• Oversee project management, field teams, and operational performance.
• Drive consistency in execution, scheduling, and staffing.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably.
• Partner with leadership on growth strategy and operational improvements.
