Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks an experienced Construction Manager - MEP to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related building systems on complex Texas projects. You will coordinate field activities, manage contractors, monitor schedule and quality, and ensure safety and codes compliance to deliver mission-critical facilities.

You will collaborate with project leadership, engineers, designers, inspectors, and clients to resolve field conflicts, align with specifications, and drive project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
Experience managing MEP construction on large, complex projects.
Knowledge of MEP installation, coordination, and building systems.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls and related building systems throughout construction.
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs and documents to support installation and identify conflicts.
Direct and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
