Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced Construction Manager - MEP in Texas to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems on complex projects in mission-critical environments. You will coordinate field activities, manage contractors and staff, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

You will work with project leadership, engineers, designers, inspectors, and clients to resolve conflicts, monitor schedules, and drive project turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing MEP construction on large, complex projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP systems during construction.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs for conflicts.
• Direct contractors, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Manage MEP activities to align with schedules and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards.
