Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an MEP Construction Coordinator in the Columbus, OH area outside the city to oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities, including data centers. You will supervise MEP trade contractors and vendors, coordinate schedules, budgets, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out.

Responsibilities include developing scopes, schedules, budgets, managing change orders and RFIs, and commissioning with engineers and owners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience specializing in large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
• Interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors
• Veterans with U.S. Navy Nuclear Power training or similar complex MEP backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply

MEP Construction Coordinators are needed for a renowned construction organization outside of Columbus Ohio. The MEP Construction Coordinators will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical construction requirements for Mission Critical facilities, including data centers, and related projects. Work hours: 8am to 4pm
