Job summary

Service 360 Group is seeking a highly organized CAD operator / Designer to oversee management and flow of project information across all phases. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within our growing construction business.

You will perform MEP and construction CAD drawings, coordinate system design, manage submittals and document control, and support procurement while tracking communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, project management, or document control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MEP CAD and document management systems.
• Understanding of construction processes and building codes preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MEP and construction CAD drawings, design documentation, and version control
• Coordinate system design and ensure compliance with applicable codes
• Oversee submittals, document control, and project documentation
• Support procurement and track material and vendor communications
• Ensure smooth field turnover with complete and accurate project data
• Create and maintain design project schedules and generate progress reports
• Lead design coordination meetings and manage communication across teams
• Collaborate with contract administration and field teams
• Oversee data governance, digital systems, and information security
• Drive quality assurance and continuous process improvement
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions for workflow optimization
