Job summary

Actalent is seeking a BIM Technician MEP / Electrical Design to support complex electrical and MEP systems for high-tech facilities in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll produce coordinated construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, perform load calculations, and ensure code-compliant designs for data centers, semiconductors, and industrial sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Revit experience on semiconductor, data center, or high-tech MEP projects.
• 5+ years of electrical design experience in consulting engineering.
• Proficient in Revit for MEP modeling and documentation, and AutoCAD for drafting.
• Knowledge of NEC, IECC/IBC, and AHJ requirements for permits.

Responsibilities

• Perform building load calculations per NEC/IECC for electrical and MEP systems.
• Create and maintain BIM models and construction documents in Revit/AutoCAD.
• Design electrical distribution, lighting, and medium-voltage layouts as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
