Actalent is seeking an MEP BIM Technician for Milwaukee, WI. You will produce BIM models and construction documents using Revit to support MEP projects, coordinating with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include developing 3D BIM models, creating HVAC/plumbing/electrical layouts, performing clash detection, and maintaining BIM families and templates. The role is contract to hire with a pay rate of $25.00–$31.00 per hour.

Competenze

• Two years of drafting or modeling experience in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Ability to produce detailed MEP drawings and coordination models.
• Understand building systems and industry drafting standards.
• Experience with BIM workflows, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models and construction documents using Revit for MEP projects.
• Prepare engineering drawings complying with project specs, codes and regulations.
• Create HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts and schedules.
• Assist in equipment schedules, specifications, and documentation.
