WorkHub Enterprise is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee MEP drafting and BIM coordination from kickoff to delivery. You will review drawings, understand Revit models, identify coordination issues, and manage production teams to maintain schedule and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP construction and BIM coordination
• Hands-on Autodesk Revit is required
• Experience estimating drafting hours and project timelines

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for clients, GC, engineers, architects, and internal drafting teams
• Review project drawings, specs, BIM models, and construction documents before production begins
• Estimate drafting hours, staffing needs, and project timelines
• Assign work to drafting teams based on priorities and capacity
• Manage multiple active MEP drafting and BIM coordination projects
• Track progress, RFIs, revisions, deadlines, and client updates
• Review completed work for accuracy and alignment with requirements
• Coordinate drafting workflows for plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems
• Identify missing information and clashes early in the process
• Work with BIM coordinators to address clashes and coordination conflicts
• Ensure drafting standards, annotations, and QC procedures are followed
• Communicate schedules, revisions, and project status to clients
• Maintain organized project documentation and logs
• Keep drafting teams accountable and remove roadblocks to production
