Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. a National Engineering firm, seeks an MEP BIM Manager to lead BIM content creation and standards for HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and plumbing systems in education, public safety, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.

You will set up workflows, ensure tool interoperability, train staff, and promote BIM adoption across offices. Travel to RMF offices up to three times yearly may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in architectural/engineering/construction tech.
• 10+ years of experience with Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks and Adobe.
• Experience setting up and managing BIM content and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and approval of BIM content per RMF and client standards.
• Establish and maintain BIM processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Ensure interoperability of BIM with design/engineering tools.
• Develop and deliver BIM training for staff.
• Lead and implement company-wide BIM standards and QA.
