Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field required.
• Previous experience with BIM and/or CAD software essential.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and models.
• Ensure proper organization of documents and adherence to management policies.
• Administer final archiving of documents during project closeout.
