Job summary

Mussett Nicholas & Associates is seeking a MEP BIM/CAD Technician / Archivist to support our engineering team in the design and production of project deliverables. Responsibilities include developing detailed drawings and organizing project documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong BIM/CAD software skills and a degree in a related field.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new technologies are essential. Experience in an architectural environment is preferred, alongside skills in managing multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, CAD, Construction Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience with BIM and/or CAD software is essential.
• Understanding of structural drafting and design required.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings using BIM/CAD software.
• Maintain organization of project-related documents as an archivist.
• Ensure all drawings follow established standards and procedures.
