Job summary

CJ Foodville USA is seeking a Menu Operations Assistant to coordinate product materials, inventory orders, and promotional items for launches across West, Central, and East regions. You will work with Operations, R&D, Logistics, Procurement, and Korea Headquarters to ensure timely ordering, shipping, and delivery to stores.

The role emphasizes monitoring the full ordering and distribution process, identifying potential issues, and helping ensure uninterrupted product execution at the store

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel required with PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and large data handling.
• Ability to collect, organize, and interpret operational and inventory data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
• Korean and English bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred for Korea HQ communications.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product, ingredient, packaging, and promo codes in SAP and GFIMS.
• Ensure item codes are accurate and ready before launches and orders.
• Monitor product master data, pricing, vendor information, and regional availability.
• Track orders, shipments, and regional warehouse deliveries to stores.
• Coordinate material orders for ingredients, packaging, and promos by region.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, and external partners on materials.
• Forecast sales and translate projections into regional warehouse orders.
• Coordinate with Korea HQ on imports, schedules, and shipment quantities.
• Coordinate with manufacturing facilities on production quantities and delivery requirements.
• Track promotional materials production and delivery to stores.
