Job summary

GoTo Foods, LLC seeks a Manager of Menu & Innovation to lead strategy, ideation, development, and testing of new menu items for Auntie Anne's and Co‑Brands. You will leverage consumer insights, macro trends, competitive assessments, and financial analyses to inform LTOs, new items, and packaging innovations.

The role requires strong analytics, forecasting, and project management to shepherd ideas through gates and coordinate with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in Business, Marketing, or Analytics.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead menu strategy and innovation process across Auntie Anne's and Co‑Brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute ideas through gates.
• Analyze item-level P&Ls and advise on pricing and profitability.
