Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Business Related Field
• 10+ Years in Category Management - Restaurant Experience is mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability in working with executives and stakeholders to drive outcomes
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with P&L
• Able to lead a team as a people-manager in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead team recommendation of short and long-term food menu strategy and tactics to meet brand objectives
• Define the roadmap for core & white space innovation and test new items in innovation stores
• Monitor item and category performance to deliver actionable insights for sales and profit growth
• Manage a team including 5 direct reports and conduct 1:1s on career goals
• Lead change management and drive improvements in processes and efficiency
• Oversee research budget and maximize learnings to inform decisions
