The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Site Manager and Program Director, work across tribal communities in Mescalero, and travel as needed to build partnerships and deliver quality

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or nearing completion.
• Associate degree plus two years of related work experience.
• Four years of related work experience in relevant fields.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid NM driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support mentor enrollment and matching processes.
• Recruit volunteers and conduct training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and report program outcomes.
• Ensure child safety and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with site management and stakeholders in Mescalero.
