• Four years of relevant work experience in related fields.
• Experience working with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Match students with mentors and track their engagement.
• Lead classroom lessons and coach personal development.
• Recruit and support community mentors for the program.

Proven program management skills

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Associate degree with two years of relevant work experience

Four years of relevant work experience
