Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build skills in communication, behavior, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collect and enter accurate session data using electronic systems.
• Communicate closely with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members.
• Complete required session documentation accurately and on time.
