Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a hospital-affiliated outpatient hand therapy clinic in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on a hands-heavy caseload with hands, shoulders, and elbows, plus some neuro work, with an experienced mentor on site to support growth toward a CHT.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, generous PTO, a CE stipend, a clinical ladder, and a 401(k) match, along with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to support long-term development.

Qualifications

• MOT or OTD from an accredited program.
• Active or pending Georgia OT license.
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred.
• CHT a plus but not required.
• New grads and experienced OTs welcome.
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a hands-focused caseload including hands, shoulders, and elbows with neuro cases.
• Collaborate with an on-site senior hand therapy mentor.
• Work within a small, collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule and participate in the clinical ladder and CE stipend.
