Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a hands-focused Occupational Therapist for a hospital-affiliated outpatient hand therapy clinic in the Atlanta area. The role emphasizes hands, shoulders and elbows with a neuro mix, offering mentorship from a senior hand-therapy expert and a supportive, collaborative team.

New grads and experienced OTs are welcome; sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance is available, PSLF eligible.

Qualifications

• MOT or OTD from an accredited program.
• Active or pending Georgia OT license.
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred.
• CHT a plus but not required.
• New grads and experienced OTs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Hands-focused caseload, primarily hands, shoulders and elbows with neuro cases.
• Mentored on-site by a senior hand-therapy expert.
• Collaborate within a small, interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with professional growth opportunities.
