Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Hand Therapist Occupational Therapist for a hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic in the Atlanta area. You will handle a hands-focused caseload spanning hands, shoulders, and elbows with some neuro patients, supported by a senior mentor who specializes in hand therapy.

The role offers a clear path toward certification (CHT) and long-term growth within a collaborative, PLC-like environment.

Qualifications

• MOT or OTD from an accredited program.
• Active or pending Georgia OT license.
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro.
• CHT a plus but not required.
• New grads and experienced OTs welcome.
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Take on a hands-focused caseload, primarily hands, shoulders and elbows, with some neuro cases.
• Work with an on-site senior hand-therapist mentor to develop hands-on expertise.
• Participate in a small, collaborative team with a structured work week and opportunities for growth.
