Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist specializing in outpatient hand therapy for a hospital-affiliated clinic in the Atlanta area. You will manage a hands-focused caseload with neuro cases, guided by a senior hand-therapy OT who mentors you toward growth and potential CHT certification.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, generous PTO, CE stipend, a clinical ladder, and a sign-on bonus with relocation support. PSLF eligibility strengthens long-term prospects.

Qualifications

• MOT or OTD from an accredited program.
• Active or pending Georgia OT license.
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro.
• CHT a plus but not required.
• New grads welcome and able to work in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a hands-focused caseload: hands, shoulders, elbows with neuro components.
• Collaborate in a small, interdisciplinary team and be mentored by a senior hand-therapy OT.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with a focus on clinical growth and patient outcomes.
