Job summary

Summit RE, a commercial real estate brokerage with offices in Houston, seeks Real Estate Agents to join a high-potential team. You will be mentored by senior agents and supported by marketing, financial analysts, and research staff to help you build a lucrative practice.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, disciplined habit-building, and a process-driven approach to achieve client goals and long-term relationships. A Texas real estate license or nearing exam completion is required.

Qualifications

• Real Estate license or be within two weeks of taking the Exam.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 400 calls per week to generate new business.
• Participate in structured training with mentors and senior leadership.
• Assist and quarterback the sale through the entire deal cycle.
• Manage listings and maintain the property/investor database.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and tour properties.
• Develop relationships with clients and investors to build a sustainable network.
