Job summary

Oath Law & Planning seeks an Associate Attorney in Austin, TX to work in-person with clients on estate and financial planning. You’ll be mentored by experienced attorneys while growing within our collaborative team, guiding clients through important life decisions with clarity and care.

No prior estate planning experience is required—we'll train you. You will lead workshops, meet clients, design plans, and ensure seamless service with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active law license required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and education-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and speaking events for clients on estate and financial planning options.
• Meet with clients in consultations, gather information, and help clients take action.
• Design and review personalized estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Guide clients through document signing appointments and explain plans clearly.
• Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client meetings and communications.
• Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for guidance and development.
• Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.
