Qualifications

• Earned Master’s Degree in Education from an accredited college or university.
• Professional teaching experience required.
• Experience working directly with children in a classroom (Pre-K–12) setting required.
• Previous experience mentoring pre‑service teachers highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal lesson observations.
• Assess candidates’ work submitted in an assessment database.
• Complete dispositional assessments for candidates.
• Score candidates’ summative program portfolios.
• Conduct regular communication with school site personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings.
