Qualifications

• Must pass background checks, onboarding, and training.

• Strong communication and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in the community participating in recreation and activities.
• Coach daily living, social, and independence skills.
• Provide companionship and model appropriate communication.
• Complete required documentation and maintain attendance.
