Responsibilities include documenting progress, coaching teams, and delivering high-impact professional development while ensuring compliance with Head Start standards and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required.
• 2–3 years of early childhood experience.
• Must pass routine background checks and have reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with teachers to assess needs, set goals and create action plans.
• Observe and document classroom interactions and practices, using support strategies to teach, refine, or improve practices.
• Organize, develop, and conduct high impact professional development for teachers.
• Complete monthly reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Bauer policies, state licensing and Head Start standards.
