Job summary

Care New England Health System seeks a CNA for Riverview 2 SSU. Provides patient advocacy and assists in direct patient care, including activities of daily living, to support nurses and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Position is 20 hours weekly as 40-hour schedule with evenings, every other weekend. Ideal candidate has a BS in social sciences or related behavioral health experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the social sciences preferred and/or comparable behavioral health experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Experience in working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients.
• Candidate must have excellent written skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Excellent communication skills.

C.N.A. Preferred: 2% Pay Differential Available to Applicants who maintain an Active CNA License.
