Generations Healthcare at Claremont Hacienda is seeking a Mental Health Worker (MHW) to join our team. This full-time role provides direct care, supervision, and support to clients in the Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC), ensuring safety and engagement in therapeutic programs.

The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of mental health experience or a BA in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Sciences.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; psychology coursework preferred.
• 2 years full-time mental health program experience or Bachelor’s in Psychology/Social Work/Behavioral Sciences.
• Must read/write/speak English; ability to make independent decisions.

Mansioni

• Escort clients to groups and maintain 1:6 group ratio.
• Facilitate groups and activities as assigned.
• Lead MHW discussions and daily community meetings.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care per treatment plan.
• Implement behavioral interventions (positive reinforcement, de-escalation).
• Maintain timely documentation of client activities and progress.
