Job summary

Sylmar Health and Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles is seeking Mental Health Workers/Counselors for our residential treatment program for men and women. You will facilitate group counseling, assist with daily activities, and monitor safety.

Responsibilities include leading groups, conducting therapy, and maintaining documentation. A High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Pay starts at $23 per hour and the schedule runs 8am-4pm, five days weekly.

Qualifications

Sylmar Health and Rehabilitation Center is a locked psychiatric facility. We are currently seeking Mental Health Workers/Counselors for our residential mental health treatment program for men and women. Pay starting at $23/hr.

Job Summary

As a Mental Health Worker/Counselor your duties will range from facilitating group counseling, completing documentation, assisting and encouraging residents’ participation in daily activities and monitoring resident safety.

Schedule
