Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health discipline.
• Prior experience in psychiatric, inpatient, or residential mental health settings preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical assessment skills.
• Commitment to professional ethics and compassionate resident care.
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual ability preferred
