Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of nursing staff.
• Transport patients to and from hospital and activities using a van or bus.
• Maintain patient safety and participate in treatment activities.
• Support documentation and reporting for patient care and transportation.
• Assist with daily living activities as appropriate to plan.
• Uphold ethics and customer service standards.
