Job summary

WellQor is a leading online therapy practice based in De Pere, Wisconsin. We provide a care-team model and the security of W-2 employment for clinicians.

As a therapist, you will deliver tele-therapy, define your availability, and collaborate with clinicians across the country using ClinicianConnect. We support credentialing, billing, and other admin tasks so you can focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice independently in an eligible license.
• Experience using EHR systems to document sessions.
• Comfort using technology in everyday work.
• Willingness to learn.

In this role you’ll getto:

• Develop meaningfulrelationships with patients viatele-therapy.
• Define your ownavailability, make your own schedules, and work according toyour lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part time, andothers carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands,we’re here to meet you where you’re at.
• Consult with your clinicaldirector and your regional team on a regular basis forsupport and feedback.
• Connect withtherapists across the country using our ClinicianConnect platform.
• Allow WellQor tohandle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing,customer service, and other administrative services onyour behalf.
• Participate incompany events and receive opportunities for CEUsponsorship.

What we’re lookingfor:

• Friendly,professional, and compassionate people.
• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW,LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
• Experience using electronichealth record (EHR) systems to document sessions.

WellQor Therapists arepaid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on thecaseload that they’re interested in carrying at any given time.Hourly compensation is competitive and varies based on licenselevel, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
