WellQor is a remote-friendly psychological practice focused on patient-centered care. As a WellQor Clinical Therapist, you will provide teletherapy, enter documentation in a web-based EHR, and collaborate with a national clinical team under the Clinical Director/Lead Psychologist.

You define availability, set schedules, and may work part-time or full caseloads to fit your lifestyle. The role emphasizes a care-team model, credentialing and billing support, and opportunities to expand experience

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice independently (LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent).
• Empanelment with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required.
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile devices and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients.
• Address issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Enter and maintain documentation in WellQor's web-based EHR system per company guidelines.
• Use the Clinician Connect platform to collaborate with other WellQor clinicians nationwide.

Requirements:

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
• Empanelment / Participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients.
• Typical issues that your patients may face include:
• Adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues PTSD, substance abuse.
• Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in WellQor's, easy to use web based EHR system according to company guidelines.
• Utilize our unique WellQor Clinician Connect platform to share ideas with and obtain support from other WellQor clinicians and leadership nationwide.

Compensation:

WellQor Telehealth Therapists are paid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on the caseload that they're interested in carrying at any given time. Hourly compensation varies based on licensure level, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
