Two Chairs seeks licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). The role focuses on CBT, DBT, ACT, and related modalities with a flexible schedule.

You will manage a 7–20 client caseload and dedicate 8–24 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with documentation completed within 48 hours of sessions. This is a remote W-2 opportunity with strong benefits and professional growth support.

• Commit to 8–24 total hours of weekly availability, Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST.
• Ensure direct client care comprises ~85% of time with ongoing assessments.
• Participate in weekly manager check-ins during the first 6 weeks, then monthly.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on progress.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and refer clients when appropriate.
• Complete and lock documentation in EMR within 48 hours of contact.

• Compensation: South Carolina residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

About You

• Independently Licensed in South Carolina as a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).


• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.


• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.


• Schedule & Caseload:


• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.


• Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.


• Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.


• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.


• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.


• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
